Alex Mickelsson's 'memorial grounding'. There are more pictures from the same occasion in the archive. The picture shows the flag of the Marine Protection Corps, the guard of honor with their rifles, the priest Uno Gräsbeck, cantor Viktor Sjöberg, etc. Of interest is that you can see the small shovel, with which the three "shovels mull" ground the dust. Apparently Alex Mickelsson was buried as "fallen absent" His remains were then found at the outbreak of the Continuation War.
