The siblings Helmi and Valdemar Eriksson ran a bakery and shoemaking business in this house. In the manor house, Helmi´s and Valdemar's father Alexander Eriksson ran a shop and tailor shop. The farm house was too small to be used as a bakery and shoemaker, so this house was bought from Mossala and erected next to the manor house. The entrance to Valdemar Eriksson's shoemaking is the door on the left, the door in the center of the house is the kitchen entrance, where Helmi Eriksson had her bakery. The house also had a bedroom to the west and a sales room on the north side. The sales room was built from boards at a later stage.
Valdemar Eriksson lived and practiced shoemaking in his chamber until his death. Valdemar was also a fiddler and appears in many pictures in the archive. Valdemar's sister Helmi and then his sister Fanny lived in the kitchen for many years. The house was later a warehouse for the shop. After the store closed down, the Fagerströms used a room in the house for firewood storage. The sales room made of boards has been demolished.
