Description
In 1899 a severe storm hit Houtskär and felled most of the trees on Ånholm. The farmers in Roslax gave Ånholm's Edvard permission to use them to build boats.
He built a galeas, which he named Josefina, after his wife.
The ship was completed in 1901, when Edvard was 27 years old. The galley was wrecked in Toras Bay in Nagu.
