Description
Albatross landed on Winterhude's deck while sailing in the Pacific Ocean to rest for a while, this was not uncommon on sailing ships. *Perhaps it was the case that the sailors caught these albatrosses, without harming them, after which they were often set free again. The albatrosses probably did not land voluntarily on the deck of a ship. CGÖ*
