The Solliden property was built as an 'old man's house' for August Lindberg's widow Ali. She gave the Strandängs homestead to the front man Ilius Henriksson and his family. In this way, Saverkeit avoided the forced withdrawal of the frontman's land. After Ali Lindberg's death, her heir, her sister Viktoria Nordén, gave Solliden to boat builder Sven Lans and made it possible for another front man from Saverkeit to move back.
