Armas Edvard Toivonen
Description
Armas grew up with her mother in Näsby. His father left the family. Armas went to sea as usual, went on a sailing ship, came to Australia and jumped ashore, lived there for two years. Eventually came home, went to navigation school and graduated as a captain in 1942-1943.
Miscellaneous
Married Wailet Westerlund and settled at Westerlunds. Had three sons: Bo, Lars-Göran and Tage.
