Description
In this cottage lived Karl August Abelsson Männistö b.26.01.1868 in Nousis, d.23.04.1947. The plot is from Thors, Medelby. Männistö is said to have built the cottage. He was a carpenter and has built several houses in Houtskär, including Vesterlid in Näsby. When he was older, he made baskets. He was best known as "Salminen" but that name is not in the 'church books'.
