Description
The vicarage’s/Antas’ horse "Svarten" is grazing on the shore.
On the other side of the water fence is Vesterdahl's croft.
On the other side of the shiny Strandviken you can see Stor- and Lillkarlot, behind them Segsebergen on the other side of Karlotviken.
The tree growth is modest in comparison with today's equivalent.
To the right on the shore of Lillkarlot, next to what was called "Simberget" (today, Grannas plot), you can see the fish smokehouse with four chimneys on the roof.
Edgar Mattsson from Ånholm was one of the partners in this short-lived smokehouse project.
